btw that weird clicking sound at the very end i dont even remember it happening.. dont knwo what it is and its never happened before. So i'm not worried. if it happens again i'll let u know

Weird indeed. You battery is low though not even at 12v. Have you checked the clutch switch if it's a stick shift. I would also suspect the ignition switch.

yes its a stick shift. this thing comes and goes.. sometimes starts right away, others it takes a really long time..

I'd say ignition switch also. Probably the cheapest place to start anyway

Gummed up or weak starter solenoid? Bad relay? Also check and clean all of the grounds.

why exhuast? I'll check the relay today, take it out and put it back in, and see what happens.

i have no idea what the grounds/wires or anythign else u mentioned is and how i can clean them

Look for loose/corroded bolts/surfaces on both ends of the Negative wire at the battery. Both ends of the ground wire from chassis to engine under the right side of the car, on 4-6 head between the green plugs.

Don't just take it out swap the relay with another one on the relay board. Make sure it is the same type. 2 pin or 4 pin part # on the relay case etc.

Did you check the clutch switches? #16 & 17 in the pic.

CLUTCH SWITCHES # 16 and 17. CHECK THEM TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE WORKING.

The pic shows what they look like.
#17 is the clutch lockout. It prevents the starter from engaging if the clutch is not pressed to the floor.

Well, my WAG is the battery is the culprit.

If you are sure the battery is in good condition -- and being new counts for something but a new battery can be bad right off the shelf -- then another possibility is the cabling/connection to/from the battery/car.

Remove the battery cover then do the start thing again. Quickly feel the battery cables. Be careful they could be hot. If you find one of them warm/hot to the touch it could be a sign of a marginal connection or cable.

Based on my experience with a couple of bad clutch interlock switches the symptom does not appear to be clutch interlock switch related.

The engine either cranks right away or it doesn't crank ever, until I release the clutch pedal and turn the key to off them back to start again after first depressing the clutch pedal again.

Like Macster said. How old is the battery? I had a similar issue. Replaced the battery, cheap fix.

His doesn'tright away. Sticky switch, dirty contacts? Easy to Ohm out with a meter. Still looks more like bad starter solenoid.

In the video it looks like the center display is measuring the oil level. Have you tried switching the display to something else??
Plus the voltage drops really low when it does start to crank.
