New 996 Owner!
Hi, I've had a '99 Boxster BSX for the past three years and it was totaled. Details and pic's here:http://986forum.com/forums/general-d...bad-today.html
Just bought a '99 996 with 110K miles. Clutch done at 90K and pads/rotors, a/c compressor, and water pump done within the last year. Car has a bit of deferred maintenance but I should be able to do most of it myself. Replaced coil packs and plugs over the weekend and have motor mounts and 60K tune parts on order to be delivered this week.
Wrecked Boxster BSX will be used to build out another chassis into a Spec Boxster race car.

Congrats on the car. Looks great. I especially like the wheels. '99's are the Best!

edit: just looked at the picture of your totaled boxter. Not a pretty sight. At least you weren't in the car at the time! Enjoy the 996.
