Default OBD code P0348

OBD code P0348 the info from my basic reader displays "camshaft position sensor A - Bank 2 Circuit high input"

Is a 2003 C4S 75k miles. I've a Durametric on order. Any thoughts ?

Last time I got that one. (Although it was on a Lexus) I just disconnected the sensor wires, cleaned them, and it was fixed.

A poster on PP, yelcab1, said this
Codes starting with 0 are all generic codes required by law. This code says your cam position sensor impedance shows high values. It means your sensor is bad, or has a broken wire in the connector. The fix is to replace it. Clear the code, and drive.

Seems to match what I've been reading elsewhere too.

P0348 Camshaft Position Sensor 2 – Above Limit

Possible fault cause
- Short circuit to B+
