OE rotors are cross-drilled and have excellent cooling characteristics, but if you track your car, I'd recommend slotted as they are less prone to cracking.

I've got a set of 996 C4S/Turbo rotors available.

Soon to have another full set of Calipers/Pads/Rotors too...
