Looks like the typical foam that's from condensation (produced by shorter drives, when sustained temperatures are insufficient to evaporate) that has dried to a crusty consistency. Inspect carefully for intermix (just to be extra safe - unlikely). Doubtful any real reason for concern.

Checked filler cap, nothing but pink pristine liquid.

Relieved - and yes, it was after a shorter drive.

Now that we're getting into the warmer weather, the filler tube "Mayo/Crack Cocaine" should disappear until the weather gets cold again (i.e. - it's condensation...it won't happen when the filler tube is warm...)

Yeah that "Mayo/Crack Cocaine" can be a dookie starter for a lot of newbies. Myself included when I first came across it. I practically shart in my pants.
