***SOLD*** 2003 996 C4S for sale
***SOLD***
Hi guys and girls, I am selling my 2003 996.
It's in good condition, garage kept, previous owner was long time PCA member and he took great care with it and I have followed his example.
As of today 100,405 miles, clutch was done by previous owner, from the records he gave me and a conversation with the owner of Renn Haus who knows him and the car well the RMS and IMS were not touched. They said at the time they did the clutch it had no sign of seepage from the seal. I had my local mechanic, who is experienced with Porsche told me there was no sign of oil coming from that area. I'll have to find the records he sent me (he scanned reciepts and emailed them) but from memory the typical stuff was done but it has had no major malfunctions.
It has oil analysis done at oil changes via Blackstone Labs, again following the previous owners practice and the results are all good. The most recent one was about a hundred miles back. Blackstone linked the previous owners account to mine so the history goes back to when he started doing it.
I'll get some better pictures up soon and if anyone wants particular shots let me know.
The known issues are the key fobs don't work anymore and the cup holder is stuck and I never bothered to fix or replace it.
EDITED to update: Sunroof now fixed.
It has no dents and over the years the previous owner had used a kit to fill in some small chips in the front bumper area. the interior is in quite good condition.
It has stainless steel headers and it was tuned at that time for an increase in performance by Renn Haus in Sarasota Florida where the previous owner lived.
It is a nice car all around. I don't really want to sell it but my little brother died suddenly and he had just bought a new Mustang which he was proud of and I've decided I would rather keep it in the family instead of see it driven around town by who ever might buy it from the estate...
I'm asking $22,500 for the Porsche. Clear title.
thanks, Craig

My sympathies to you and your family on your loss. Sounds very tough.
As far as selling the 996, it would help if you listed the mileage and where you are on maintenance records (besides the Blackstone reports).

Thanks, I forgot to include the mileage so I updated my original post. It's just over 100,405 miles as of right now.

Interior pics.
Sorry weather and work has prevented me from getting it back outside to get more pics in daylight and finish cleaning it up so far.
Also please forgive the weird camera-phone flash artifactsreflection on the leather....there is no discoloration in the passenger seat headrest area, or anywhere else.
and yes, I should have straightened the wheel, it does orient correctly when wheels are straight ahead...
