Interesting that there are no clear photos of the seats, I only found one picture in the wallpaper selection that shows a front corner of the passenger seat which does not look like a bucket.

I wonder if the navigation system is standard?

You can see the sports seats if you click the clubsport option.

I actually laughed out loud during the animated presentation when Lucas Luhr the driver was fiddling around with PASM and TC buttons and when you could see that huge LCD screen.

Ciao,

It was too funny. Lucas pressing buttons and more buttons and more buttons (oops, I missed that apex).

I like my GT3, just the ignition and gas, that's it.

Although it seems to have lost the straightforwardness of the 996 GT3, it will no doubt be fast, and maybe a little easier to live with as a dual purpose car. It sure does look pretty in white, but then again, maybe that's just me.

I just checked and the American website does not have the Clubsport Option while the Great Britain website does.

It states that the Clubsport option is only available with bucket seats in carbon fiber.

I suppose this means no Clubsport for the USA.

My suggestions for starters on the GT3 RS:

- The Turbo's aluminum doors to save 31 pounds
- Carbon Bucket seats as on Euro Clubsport
- Simplified interior with no nav system, leather etc.
- Sport Chrono engine management code but no dorky clock on the dash
-The Alcantara steering wheel with the yellow stripe at 12:00 as shown in prototypes
-No PASM
-A/C delete option

now that the 997 GT3 is revealed we 996 GT3 owners can complain about how it sucks. Kind of like the air cooled guys regarding our cars.

Would I buy one now that it has the wart, PASM,TC and the big screen TV? Yes if I did not have my 996 GT3. Will I get rid of my and upgrade to the 997 GT3? NO

Overall will it be better and faster?

Will there be a RS? NO. DOT will not let it happen.

Please explain your reasoning for that proclamation.
