R888 Pressures
Did a search and found a few threads, but the experience/recommendations seem to be all over the place. What hot pressures are you finding work best for R888's??

I always found the RA-1's worked best in the 38-40 range but was suprised to find the R888's actually got greasy up at that pressure.
I've been down in the 34-36(hot) range and find they work very well there.

OK, I'll start at 35/37 and adjust from there. Thanks for the input.
John, I thought you usually had a spare 6GT3 buried in the garage?
Sorry to hear you are out of commission.
Looking forward to to see you at TH in August on the new pavement!

Remember to start lower cold. Most like to start around 28 cold.

A very reliable source suggested to me that he'd had the best success with hot pressures in the upper 40's and recommended I try it. From Colby's link and others, high pressures reduce the contact patch and with that the traction...so I'm not so inclined to try those high pressures. But I was curious if anyone had tried it and liked it?

somewhere on one of the toyo print out it suggested 40 or even higher, i can't find the thing i read. but i know it's there.
i tried it and didn't like it. anything over 38 on the rear, both me and the car feel nervous. at 36F/38R, it works well.

I agree that above 40 becomes greasy. I didn't do my pressures at the ring on my first few laps while I got to know the place so they were road pressures. The rear got to 45+psi and it was a nightmare to drive. Back down to 38 rear and sweet as! Run around 35 - 36 front.
