Default Another GT3 Collant spill!

This one coming down the hill from Kallenhard to Breidschied first thing Saturday morning.

Took out the Zakspeed Viper, a Peugeot, a Porsche and two bikes.

Luckily nobody was hurt badly although the Porsch driver was taken away in an ambulance with chest pains.

A student of mine was a victim of a second spill through Wippermann and Eschbach. I got a good knock on the head in that one, but the culprit escaped...thus far.

Just got update - the whole weekend wasn't too pretty, if I understood it right.
What's left of the Zakspeed? Seems it took a flight outside the track?

Carpark rumours. The Viper hit the armco and sustained a fair bit of damage, but didn't take flight.

Unfortunately a feamle biker took to the air at Mutt Kurve on Sunday.

It took a search party to find her. Too late.

Lets hope she has wings now...

That sucks! I heard that too, but thought it was as you said, a carpark rumor. I'm not a big fan of the bikes at the ring and seen a few kiss the armco. Of course it's their own responsibility, but that track seems to harvest quite a few every year.

Just sad.

Is this the one clipped by the ring taxi? Or was the ring taxi hitting and female biker collision just rumour?

They really need to seperate bikes from cars imho.

I was there this weekend too. A bad weekend for carnage - so many crashes..... I escaped unscathed thankfully. Came around so many corners to accidents that just happened - 2 bikes tangled together in an armco, a Ferrari pissing coolant over the track after a front ender into the barriers, three cars on the final straight of all places (people not looking around them at the end where some slow down and other power to the last minute)......
I had a great weekend getting in 15 laps and picking up heaps of speed.

The air ambulance was busy......

Oh, lastly. My '99 Mk1 GT3 recently dropped it's coolant at a local track. The rad hoses on GT3's don't have more than around 8 years in them IMHO..... start to think about changing them if you want to avoid this problem people...... Thankfully no one crashed because of my failure....
