What will you sell the car for (what is owed)?

Thanks,

Right. It is the aftermarket warranty that is sold by my dealer. Covers everything but oil service and other consumables.

It is a pretty good warranty, that I was told better than CPO

yes I am willing to sell it for what is owed. that is the price listed above. If you can get Chase bank to take less, by all means I am happy to sell it for that price

Will present your offer to the bank. I owe approx $54K on the car, but will present them your serious offer (within reason), and if they take it the car is yours.

Keep in mind, Chase must accept the offer, so it is up to them what they are willing to take.

Do banks accept short sales on personal property loans? I have never heard of that.

I am looking to get bank approval for them to take $48K on selling this car. I should have an answer in 48 hours.

Bank has given approval.

First $48,000 Takes the car. Funds must be received by Chase Bank no later than July 31. Must be overnighted to Chase Auto Finance in Fort Worth, Tx. The letter from Chase with the details says they will accept $48,000 for the payoff but must be received for processing no later than July 31 for this offer to be valid. I will provide the letter to the buyer as needed.
