Question 996 GT2 for $65k?

I have a line on a one-owner, 17k mile GT2. Black/Black with yellow stitching, original sticker right around $200k. I can get it for $65k with a 2 year CPO warranty. Thoughts?

That's what I'm thinking - leaving to look at it in about an hour. I just bought a Cayman S, and have a GT3 for the track. Trying to figure out how to show up with this car without getting a divorce.

You should NOT go for this. Send me the information about this car, and i will deal with it such that you will not longer have this dilemna.

I agree, sounds too good to be true. Would check into it more, but nothing a PPI can't solve. Good luck with your hunt!

I've always wondered what the story behind "Mooty" really was. Maybe that can be saved for a post by itself. I was thinking Mooty as in moody, but you don't seem moody, haha.

Are you going to Monterey Motorsports Reunion, moot?

i used to race mt bike.
i like Titanium frames
moots makes Ti frames
moots is like porsche of bikes.
i have every model moots made
friends call me mooty b/c i either ride moots or seven.
seven sounds strange
so mooty stayed.

i'll probably goto the monterey thing with my daughter. she knows car brands, i need to teach her car models this year. and next year we will do flat 6, v8, double wishbone, struts and such....

moody... well, when i get PMS, stay away..
