The problem is that Jonh's wife doesn't get asked for permission (nor does she know). Bringing him to the stand would out his secret! He has a garage on the other side of town where he hides all the toys. His wife thinks he has 1 car and he has all of his goodies shipped to alternate addresses.

Case of misunderstanding:
Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse were in divorce court because he filed divorce papers. Judge looks over divorce papers and tells Mickey mouse there is no grounds for divorce simply because Minnie mouse is crazy- so judge ordered marriage counseling. Now this is the 6th time Mickey has been to divorce court and was denied a divorce from Minnie Mouse. When the judge made the same decision a 6th time- Mickey Mouse stood up in anger and yelled to the judge- "Judge- I just dont know what you and every divorce judge I've seen don't understand- Minnie is ****ing Goofy!!!"
