is thursday 3rd and or sat 5th taken? maybe i add another day at your approval so norcal nuts can get there for two days.
is this private DE day with say 20 - 30 cars or is this a "test" day with no corner workers and only a handful of cars?

Private DE day. Full corner workers and ambulance. Anytime on/off, all you can eat track time. 30 cars max. In my experience, at any given time, there will be less than 20 cars on track. The format will be passing anywhere with point-by.
Not sure about Thurs the 3rd, but the weekend after is Speedventures. You are more than welcome to do the 3rd. It'll be great to have you there, Sir Mooty.
