What's next for those with 996tt's
Curious to see what other flavors of cars you guys want after owning a 996tt. I nearly sold my car a week ago but the deal ended up falling through for the buyer with him unable to get financing. When the deal was "on" I wondered if I was making a mistake and shouldn't be selling my car. After a bit, I came to terms with it and was ready to let the car go. Then the deal fell through. Problem I'm having now is I'm feeling the itch for a change. I have a pretty bad habit of getting a car dialed in then selling it shortly after....appears I still have that issue.
Anyways, what are you all considering or would you consider replacing your 996TT with? GT4's and 991.2 GT3 Manuals are what are coming to my mind. Other than that....I don't have much I can think of.

I won't replace the 996, but I wouldn't mind adding a GT4 to the mix.

logical step from Turbo....GT2
I'd maybe say a nasty 930 build but being in FL you want AC that works am sure.... maybe a new Turbo and dial it in with full suspension and get a full engine package from Sam/ByDesign to make it bark, they are damn quick with bolt ons.
for me, I'll realistically never sell my GT2, might be the only car that I keep long term(forever) ...enjoy rotating a wide variety of everything else though, kinda have an itch for a nasty big block narrow body Cobra lately...build a re-pop 956/952 would be fun too...

No plans to sell my coupe but have been toying with the idea of selling my cab. If I sell it I would love to pick up a 996 GT3 but I'm to cheap to pay current prices. My next choice would be a 987 Cayman R or Boxster Spyder.

I would not sell my Turbo, but look to add something to drive more frequently and play around with. It won't impress folks, but I actually think that the C5 Corvettes are bound for some appreciation in the coming years. The new C8 takes the Corvette in a very different direction and puts a spotlight on the prior generations. The C5 is the last of the "pop-up" headlight design, reasonably good foundation for performance upgrading, endless parts and upgrades and good examples under 30k miles can be had readily for under $25k. By no means a supercar, or even an exotic feel, but they can be made to go and are generally bullet proof, even when modified. Friend of mine has a 40th anniversary edition with 20,000 miles and procharged ( very well done). I think I can own it for $18k. Convertible, which I don't prefer, but its crazy cheap money. Many others on the list.

Three Wheelin'
My youngest daughter (38) absolutely wants to inherit the Porsche, so I am fortunately obliged to keep it ;-) Next car will be completely electric.... Tesla may be, but a bit too expensive, a Bolt can be a more reasonable choice.... No more fancy car....On a sad note, I always said that before I died I would have a Ferrari F430or 458...Unfortunately that will never happen ;-(

I rather fancy the 356s. Maybe an electric conversion Ford GT. always thought CGT but out of my price range at the moment. Actually soon want to try fcar for at least a year. 996 GT3's as well are cool. Let's see got to work harder/smarter make $ before my kids spend it all
