Which piece? I have taken it apart a few times now and is pretty straight forward and simple. When you say "a new pump" are you referring to the motor? Or disasembly of the pistons? or other? Thanks.

That entire assembly is considered "the pump". When the block is cracked like that it binds as it moves. You need a new pump or you have to find someone to 3-D print you a new block then disassemble the pump and install the new block.

This is why people abandoned this system and go with the e-Rams. The hydraulics on these things are nothing but trouble.

Have the entire system rebuilt beause if you do just the pump the rams or lines will probably start to fail soon after.

Yeah that was the plan. Also gonna need micro switches too. Didn’t realize I wasn’t supposed to remove them from the holder.

keep the wing up: if working raise the wing. Insert towels to keep the wing max height. If not working just lift with hands. Rip out all the hydraulic. insert a metal rod 2.5 inch into the bottom of the hydraulic. This is where the hydraulic line connects to the tubes L/R. Insert screws to hold pin in place. Wing is always up and leaking hydraulic out.

add extra inch to heigh: one of the tubes have a limiter with in. Open up the spring loaded tube. Insert extra pin above the factory inner pin. Re assemble and install as above.
