Wrecked Turbo Pics
No, not mine. I am looking for a few pics (3 or 4) of a damaged 996 Turbo. Must be a Turbo, must be silver and damage must be repairable. Something like a minor front or rear end bump, maybe a parking lot sideswipe with fender/door damage (Best). Again, damage has to be something repairable or my wife won't bite on the gag.

It's a prank, but not on April 1st. My wife is smart (unfortunately/fortunately, it's a double edged sword) and would sniff out the April Fools thing in an instant. I am going to wait a little bit AFTER the 1st. And because she is smart (and computer savvy) the pictures can't be of something that can't be repaired. A few good (and recent) sideswipe, bumped the guardrail pictures would be perfect ! No license plate visible, please.

I have a good one somewhere in my pics of a silver one downtown Vancouver - you'll have to go through them...

Second from the bottom was the first one I was referring to.

This could have been silver and anything is repairable with enough money and it's a 997tt but she won't notice the difference.

Man, so of those pics are scary. The bottom one could work. Any other pictures of that one (front, back and good side)?

This is not some cruel prank. I'm actually in the middle of buying a silver 996TT. She loves Porsches, but is not a car person per se. I have come home with some, let just say, unusual finds which she did not approve of and didn't want them in the main driveway. She knows I am on the hunt and may have found my car, which I have, as she has heard me talking about color, mileage, maintenance details, etc. But she has no idea WHAT I am buying or it's condition, just how much I am thinking of spending (sort of). I want to get a few high res pics of a lightly damaged (maybe $20-25K worth of repairable damage, which isn't a lot on these cars), silver 996TT and I want to show her what I bought. Between friends and family, watching her spin up and go off about buying another piece crap ("For how much !"), that I can't drive will be priceless. She will even throw a fit about having it in the driveway !
And for those who are concerned, she does loves a good joke and has pulled a few good ones on all of us at one time or another. She is smart and detailed (and so are her pranks), so the car has to have damage that can be reasonably repaired. I'll show her one picture and she'll wave it of and call BS. Then I'll pull out a few more, plus a believable email trail and it will be on !!!
