Default Just dawned on me.

Why is the GT2 not in the turbo forum but with the GT3?

Just curious.

I would guess because of the rarity of both models?

Marcus,

I guess the chronology is RL establishes a GT2 forum first. When the GT3 came out, it's easier to just add that to the GT2 forum.

Just my guess though.

The GT2 used to be on this forum. That was the apex of activity on this board. At about the time the moderator thought that GT2 and 3 should be split out, CJV had a hissy fit and went to 6 speed, which just started, and a couple of funny but nasty threads got guys like Hamman booted. That cut the number of posts on this board by about 3/4ths.
The Gt 2 and 3 are more track oriented, so that was probably the reason to split. However, it also took Bob R as a moderator, which further diminished this board.
That's how I recall it. AS
