Nice car! I noticed that some of the 996TT's have the lower parts of the body and front lip painted body color and some black. Is that a factory option or a difference in year? Just curious. I like them both ways. I do think the body colored cars look like they sit lower!

I believe the nose may be 996TT, but the lower splitter has the same lower profile as a 996 C4S.
A stock OEM 996TT front splitter is straight across the bottom.
The differences were to due balancing downforce (different rear spoilers/wings between the TT and 4S)

Welcome and congrats on great looking ride. Lewis is right about your splitter it is a 996c4s. Only available as a replacement of stock splitter. Some owners will do such to save $$$. About $150 cheaper than stock part.
Enjoy your ride.
