The craigslist add is very confusing. I'd format it better.

Most importantly, I read the ad twice and don't see a price?

Nice car, but be careful with giving wrong info. The Tip X50 TT is not that fast (0-60mph in 3.7 seconds, and quarter mile in 11.86 seconds!)

No one can run any checks on the car without the VIN. I would add it if it were my car.

Agree with the above, plus, technically, you have to be a member to post FS items. GL either way.

uh..."This 911 is powered by a 3.6L Horizontally Opposed Twin Turbo 6 cylinder engine rated at 450HP and 457lbs.-ft of torque mated to a 6 speed manual gearbox." and it is a tip????

Also red brake calipers...those are not PCCBs...doh. Plus some chick sitting on the car WTF?

This is starting to look a bit on the questionable side....too many inconsistencies....plus the pictures need to show the car, not augment it with some chick sitting on it.....this marketing strategy isn't what I would envision for a nice car. Who is the target audience?

Sorry, the description was the same that I was given when I bought the car, just realized the inconsistancies.
I have actual pics of the car on the ad and to email for buyers too but just put the cardomain pics of my wife and the car up on here...

Anyhow, I was looking to change it for a 997 Turbo but I looked at the current market on the 996TT after I posted and realized Im not gonna get that, so Im just gonna hang on to it.
I havent had it long, so Im upside down on it.

Ill fix the cardomain data and delete the ad.

Thanks for noticing guys...

Youzzi: Please don't feel that the comments were in any way directed at your wife...she is a good looking woman....it's just that the marketing of the car needs to be directed at marketing the car, not something akin to a photo op for the release of a new line like the Ferrari or Porsche folks do when they introduce a new line. If in any way you feel that the comments in any way detracted from your wife, I apologize for all of us....because we're above that...and it's not something we'd deliberately do. The car's attributes stand on their own.

I think you're making the right call. It's an incredible car. Now's not the time to trade.

For example, I just bought my 04 X50 Cab Tip in December. $54K
