Source for replacement 100 cel Cats
Looking at a used Europipe Stage I exhaust for sale without cats. Anyone have any idea where I could source replacement 100 cel cats and how easily they could be added/welded? I'm concerned the exhaust would be to loud without the cats.

First stop and they don't sell the cats separately. I haven't heard the exhaust but wonder how much louder it would be without the 100 cel cats installed?

IMO, a perfectly good Stage 1 with cats should sell for around $1800, based on the last ones I recall seeing sold. A europipe Stage 1 is NOT a Stage 2....Stage 2 has about 20% less backpressure.
I've seen prices quoted for "Europipe 100 cell cats" at $900 per cat! (Don't quote me) All cats are not created equally- "100 cell" is not a full and complete specification of everything that 'counts'
Cobbling together cats from other sources onto a europipe that someone previously butchered seems... uneconomical.
