What a under $30k 106k mile car gets you
Actually I am pretty pleased after purchasing sight unseen but with a PPI.
PPI was pretty basic: front hood struts, alignment, windshield chips, bad battery cell, possible accumulator, and the turn signal/OBC stalk switch works but has a loose broken stalk.
Had the seller do the alignment, Bosch battery was free replacement today at Pep Boys under warranty, will get the struts and I will eventually get a free new windshield under insurance. New stalk can be had for @$265 new or $100 used which I will deal with later.
Cosmetic issues which I expected are not too bad: Missing floor mats(already purchased OEM new for $80 shipped). Carpet cover over ECUs behind rear seat(already purchased used for $75 shipped). Some cracking/warping issues with some carbon fiber pieces which I knew and expected. Small tear in the base driver seat under the controls which I knew. The body and paint is actually quite nice. Front bumper cover is a little salt and peppered and pinged. Worst body imperfection is a bad paintless dent removal on the front fender just infront of the door gap. Visible in certain lights from certain angles but hard to get a good picture of. OEM wheels are 10 footers. Can Plastidip those, replace for @$1000 or get some aftermarket.
Overall, the car runs like a champ. No CELs or codes. I figured that because I had every maintenance record since new and there was never a owner that skimped on fixes. In fact, I would be scared to add up the totals....Just nice to know that just about every item on the car has been addressed at some point in time and replaced, except for the motor.

Great looking car and set up nicely... One of my favorite exterior colors, sport seats, carbon trim, and even sunroof delete! Drive and enjoy.
Looks like it could maybe use motor mounts based the pic's from the rear and the drooping left exhaust tip, but that's a relatively simple DIY job.

Nice! Looks very clean. Just broken in!
Mine has 104k as well, and I pride myself in maintaining it to a high level and it shows and drives like a new car. Your's appears the same!

Very well done! Add up the maintenance records, I'm guessing over $10k, maybe even double. So you saved upward of $30k versus a low mileage car! That will buy another one!

very nice!
but I'd say that car vs. price is a bit of an exception and not the norm...you did very well.
