Quick question for you but I got this BT adapter the other day on sale at Amazon.ca and it works excellent right out of the box.
The only thing I can't seem to get is the song titles displayed through the PCM when streaming Spotify. I'm not that fussed about it but thought i'd ask in case i'm doing something wrong. I read that it might have to do with the fact that I have an Android device but not sure.
Used this in 2 other cars and it is great. $23.99 Prime, and hooked up in 1 minute or less! Just be sure that your PCM is set up for AUX, USB input. It was not in mine and I had to look it up in the manual. Easy to do, but at first when I plugged in the USB and AUX cables, the PCM would not "see" them. All good after I got it properly set up in the PCM. Good luck!

Lemarp, just went and checked mine and no gracenotes come thru on Aux In. Tried Pandora, Imusic, Sirius streaming thru my Apple iPhone 8 and the only status is "Aux In" in the lower space on the PCM screen. I don't worry about it because I usually have the phone nearby or on a magnetic vent clip so it's not hard to look at the phone directly. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Nothing to be sorry about here! I'd like to thank you actually because it was super easy and I actually like this device a lot because I can clip the simple control 'pod' onto my air vents and control my phone from it while in my pocket. I don't like the idea of mounting my phone on my vents because it's reasonably heavy and blocks even more of the airflow (now for the truth: really i'm just too lazy to pull it out of my pocket). I just wanted to make sure I was getting the most out of it.
Next i'm going to try loading music directly onto a USB stick to see if I can get that working through the PCM. Last year I will admit that I kept the radio off most of the time because every time I drove the car I just wanted to listen to the engine/exhaust.

That works on mine. I used the USB port in the console for my favorite thumb drive and it works great. But the exhaust is still better, especially with the SW pipe and PSE on!!!
AZMAUI, that is just gorgeous! Still miss the 997.1, but I'm thrilled with the GTS, Had it a local C&C on a beautiful spring (no humidity) north Florida day. Couple of pics below including one of only 5 commemorative "Brumos/Hurley Haywood" special edition GTS's.
