I know has been discussed before, but I just posted a pretty in-depth video on how to replace the sticky climate control buttons. Hope this helps.

Question

Most helpful video, thanks. Changed my climate control buttons today in my newly acquired 997.1.

Had a difficult time with 3 of the climate control faceplate & circuit board retaining screws which had been "buggered", probably by using the wrong driver, not the T6 torx driver. Any sources for 3-4 replacement screws?
