There's also a 2013 Carrera PTS in Ipanema sold out of the dealer in Dallas. A lot of the Ipanema cars have gone through Park Place. Thanks again for all of the info everyone is sharing.

A C4S isn't necessarily settling. I spent 2 years looking before I found my GTS. Most people don't have that kind of patience. I'm just stubborn. With such a limited run and then if wanting other than a white exterior and black interior, your odds go down dramatically, especially if you don't want to wait. I have 1 of the 2 Speed Yellow 6 speed Cabs. I just wanted a 6 speed Cab. Wasn't interested in Yellow, too loud for me but was love at first sight. Truly an exceptional build. I had no idea how rare and great of a build it was until I started this thread. In retrospect I was extremely lucky and in the right place/time to snag it. Would have been sold the next morning if I didn't put a deposit on it the day it listed.

I just wanted to settle once and for all the number/percentage of 6spd/PDK cars that were built. Speculation was 10-20% 6 speed builds. Turns out it's closer to 40% for all builds but around 30% for Cabs.

The X51 package is nice. Really not much faster than the standard 3.8L but a little more oomph at higher rpm's. The best part about it is with an exhaust bypass, better noise out the back. The GTS package is special as documented here and elsewhere and I especially like my Cab despite the "inferiority" of it to the Coupe. I look at it this way, It's basically a 997 Speedster (which wasn't available in a manual) that I can actually drive and not lose tens of thousands of dollars by doing so. Plus the number of 6 speed Cabs is dwarfed by the number of Speedsters, so we're even more exclusive.......at least I keep telling myself that......

Believe it or not, there were at least two, 6 speed Grey Black cars produced. One a GTS and the other was a 4 GTS.That would be tough to find one of those two. Good luck!
