Default PTS 997's

Hey Everyone,
I recently bought a PTS Pastel Yellow 997.1 C4S. PTS while much more popular now I understand was a bit less common during the 997 years. Starting a thread to see what PTS 997's are out there! Post a picture and description if you would like!

2007 PTS Pastel Yellow C4S with 34k miles. I've been told this is the only Pastel Yellow 997 in NA, so curious to know if that is true but looking forward to see what others are out there!

Looks great, love the wheels too!

That color reminds me very much of my old Volvo 850 T-5R

That Pastel Yellow is a beauty! I have always liked that color on earlier 911's and I am sure it is truly "rare" ! Also your Sport Classic Wheels really set the car off.

I picked up my PTS Ferrari Fly Yellow 06 C2S in July. I would’ve been more than content with Speed Yellow, or a number of other standard colors. It’s a cool name more than anything. I don’t think most people can distinguish it from SY.

thanks! Love yours too! Maritime Blue is one of my favorite Porsche colors! Never saw it on a 997 so thanks for sharing. Love your sports classic too! I’m putting on a GT3 front bumper and thinking of a ducktail for the back to give it the Sports Classic look. Again thanks for sharing, yours in a beauty!

I’ve never seen a Pastel Yellow 997 until you posted something over the weekend I believe. There’s a YouTube channel where a guy has a Pastel Yellow 996.

Also love your Maritime Blue, Soundbehindyou.

Here's my 2010 C4S that I've owned since new:

The funny thing is that I had ordered a Champagne Yellow PTS color first but Porsche turned me down. That color is very similar to your Pastel Yellow except even nicer and paler (and I do love Pastel yellow!).

So Turquoise Blue was my second pick since I saw Edgy's beautiful car and spoke to him about the color and I knew they would paint that one. I know they did paint a few Champagne Yellows before they decided that the color wouldn't work so someone has one somewhere! I'd love to see it today!

When I saw your post it made me think about what could have been. She's a beauty!

Best,

Tom

You didn't ask but that car is so gorgeous I wouldn't touch the rear...definitely not a ducktail! No offense meant for ducktail guys just my thoughts.

Pastel yellow is great, I seen a mint condition pastel yellow 964 turbo like 4 days ago. It's a great and historic color. Enjoy it.

I'm one of the many MIB - color wasn't the top priority for me but I do get color envy seeing these colors. I love the color palette from classic Porsche models.
