Help identify this weird engine sound

Sounds like possible worn bearings in one or more of the Belt Pulleys but they usually have a "squealing" sound - Yours sound like a low tone grind.
Others with more mechanical knowledge will chime in.
Hope it's minor.

To isolate the sound to "pulley" (belt driven) related, or not, temporarily remove the serpentine belt and run the engine for a few minutes. With the belt off you can then check each rotating "thing" for feel-by-hand (lateral play, axial play, "smoothness", amount of resistance to rotation) and noise.

Here's the belt webbing diagram. Ribbed side runs on ribbed pulleys and smooth side runs on smooth pulleys.
This is for a 997.1

Peel the serpentine belt off and give all the pullies a spin ...Shouldn't take long to find the culprit being that's pretty noisy ..
