I’m thinking of upgrading as well as I’m looking for a bit more performance out of my GTS.
I do like the fact that with this kit you don’t lose pasm control.

Or thinking of going Ohlins Road and Track.

I installed the B16's on my DD 06 C4S last summer, and drove it for about three months without the DSC (hadn't installed it yet at the time). Like others, I highly recommend the DSC.

It is a great upgrade going to the B16's. I would get a very good alignment and corner balance done after. Learn how to drive the car for a bit and then add the DSC box. Its a hoot!

That is so cool how your top speed auto defaults to your track day top speed...

Here are a couple segments

I know, right. They changed it and it used to give the actual number, now it tops out at 100 and sometimes says 100+, which isn't as much fun

Mine is a weekend only vehicle so if it's it a bit firm I'm not to worried about it. I will also be testing and running a DSC to see how it differs with the factory unit. I will follow up and be curious to see what others say.
As a follow up to my previous post I just picked up my 997.2 C4S with the B16's installed. When installed I had the tech put them on the softest setting. When driving in "normal" mode the vehicle was definitely stiffer and bit harsh compared to the factory suspension. I also had the top strut mounts and strut bearings replaced. I drove approx 30 miles switching between "normal" and "sport" to experience the difference. "Sport" was definitely to rough for most any scenario that I would encounter outside of the track.

I then installed the DSC controller with the default programming. All I can say is WOW! In "normal" mode the vehicle was so much more compliant while still inspiring confidence in the corners. It was an absolute pleasure to drive and the way I would have expected the factory system to have driven. When in "sport" mode it was firm but not harsh. I will use "sport" with certainty when doing some spirited canyon driving. From my perspective, as others have confirmed, the combination of B16's and the DSC is absolutely fantastic!!

Just picked up my 997.1 C4s and agreed w most on this thread it’s an amazing upgrade. I did the b16 and a full tarret stage 2 and some other goodies and it rides so well w DSC and as of now in my limited driving it’s pretty perfect.

not as much as I’d like to but it was just one of those “while you’re at it” that went a little out of control lol

Think I’ll have to adjust the front up a smidge and the rear down once I let it all settle in

Great information from everyone. I have a 2006 C4 without PASM and was going to install the B16s as the original suspension is now harsh. But it looks like the B16s may be too firm without the DSC, and I’m pretty sure I can’t add it (?). I track it a few times a year, but mostly daily drive in Boston where the roads stink.

B16s are the PASM compatible versions, as are the B12s (they don't have the adjustable spring perches). You would want the non PASM version, like maybe B10s?

Hmm thanks! I was trying to find out which version to get. The guy at Flat6 Motorsports told me the B16 Sport was slightly stiffer than the comfort and recommended them, but I thought they were manually adjustable as compared to the damptronic version. I’ll check.
