New firmware out, the changelog says: “PCM3.x_20231106” Improved MCU communication efficiency, fixed know bugs.

Hope this brings video to the rear cam.
Will test in the spring, as the car is in the Carcoon for the winter.

Has anyone actually have any issues with their 6 CD changer after installing Mr12Volt in their PCM 3.0?
Somehow mine doesnt work anymore at all after the install of the board, but the ribbon cable seems connected properly.

Also, maybe more ppl could raise an improvement potential with Mr12Volt which is integrating a connector in the main harness from the video board to the blue box on the side of the PCM, so it would be quite a bit easier if the PCM needs to be removed for troubleshooting or things like that rather than having to re-route the whole harness all the time....

I'll check on the calibration. This is unusual. Most often is ribbon cables that are not properly aligned that cause these issues.

I have pcm 3.1 and 3.0 units in stock. Now offering free install kit with code "toys" for rennlist members.

@Thomas_ @Roman ACS I installed the new firmware for my PCM 3.0 PDK car. No perceptible change. I still get a black screen with gridlines when shifting into reverse. I'll reach out to Mr12Volt via WhatsApp for next steps and guidance.

i believe this is resolved by switching the dipswitch position in slot 1 on the p2000 module

I wish it was that easy. I have both DIP switches 1 and 5 set to ON. I still have not heard back from Mr12Volt via WhatsApp.

This is a pcm3.0 kit I purchased from another sponsor, carlinklife, no complicated connection setup. Only the PCB board needs to be connected. It only took a week from ordering to receiving it.
Trying to install it over the next few days and hopefully I won't be disappointed.

It's an isudar clone. It's better than stock but far cry from a mr12volt kit.

@Roman ACS Roman, would it be possible to get another plug-in connector for the MOST cable? The small tab that actually holds the MOST cable into the connector has broken and now I can't get the MOST cable to remain plugged into the Mr12Volt unit. Hope you can help out!!! Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
Bumping this thread up for visibility.

I'm in the process of installing Mr12Volt into my 907.2 with PDK
Has anyone been able to trigger an aftermarket reverse camera yet?

The only difference is the siri/Google assistant work over the factory mic with voice control.

We retained the mic plug on the P2000 module for cars that did not come with factory Bluetooth

Is the actual microphone included in the new model? Didn't see it in the pictures.
