It could be and you can pull back the carpet while the car is on jack stands to see if there any obvious play. Try driving around with the sub, carpet and paneling removed. You might be able to hear it more easier. I believe the Ohlins unit doesn't come with strut mounts and requires the OEM ones like the Bilstein's.

Skip to 15:20 for the process on how to remove the rear suspension.

The front mounts shifted like that looks very odd. Check your RSS components as Pete mentioned. Since they more adjustability, more moving components that could come loose.

I pushed, pried and mallet hit all exhaust components on the lift and got no noises at all.
it’s definitely a metal rattle/clunk on bumps only. Driving smooth highway, nothing. Sounds like bottoming out struts almost.

Congrats! The interior is Sand Beige. Did you replace the engine mounts? Shocks rarely made clunking noise. Shocks top mounts are usually the culprit. I think I read a while back about someone having a clunking noise when driving over bumps and it turn out to be the alcantara headliner support near the sunroof.
