Front aero kit facts
I have finally joined the front aero club. A few facts and thoughts.
part number with head light washers. 997-044-802-34
Paid just under $1300 plus tax.
I bought the Rennline mesh just under $300
Paint and install along w/ the mesh $1500
bought new fog light bulbs $40 or so
about $3k
This dude sits low. My 997.1S sits on H&R springs
Took 3.5 days total.
After almost 4 years I finally added badging to the Getty Design ducktail
I was super excited to pick it up and within 4 minutes of leaving the body shop I had already scraped the lip badly. Within 30 minutes it was destroyed. This dude sits low.

Ouch! Condolences.
That is my worst nightmare and has delayed me from putting a Speedster lip on my 997 GTS that rides at OEM PASM height.
The gas station entrances in LA are almost all scrapers, even at a 45 deg angle with an OEM plastic lip.
Real world and car show/track use are different realities.

Even if I was 100% careful had the car flat bedded to our home once I would have tried to pull it back into the garage I would have ripped it off. That little bump going from the driveway into the garage is way to high for it. I will have to literally have to pull my car into the road then put the lip on.

No way to have a car that sits that low without a noselift.
You'll either need a lower lip that doesn't project t down that low or a way to raise the front of the car on demand. Does EMC make a lip for the aero kit front end?
You may want some of that adhesive protection stuff to protect the corners of the bumper even running without the lip until you decide what the permanent solution will be.
Car looks awesome though.

Use the Ebay GT3 Lip, when you are lowered it turns into a wear item like brake pads.
Leave it unpainted and the small cuffs are not that visible.
