Any input on pricing 2010 C4S
I have decided rather than spend $$$ or wait for months (if not longer) for a newer vehicle that I was going to get a 997.2 C4S. As I have been looking and narrowing down my options, I found this one out of Cleveland, and am looking for any input regarding the seller, pricing, etc.

Thank you in advance!

Nicely spec’d C4S. Manual, full leather, PSE, low miles… color isn’t my favorite but that’s a personal preference.
I would get a PPI and bore scoping done.
Price is on the high side, but that’s typical at a dealership.

Three Wheelin'
Nice car. Only one key, get second as part of whatever deal you make.

Very nice car. The cream white is rare, and it's a $118k build when new, so has a lot more options than many C4S models you'll see. Full leather and PSE are good to have. Some don't care for the comfort seats vs. the adaptive sport seats since they are a bit less supportive, but the price doesn't seem that bad if it checks out mechanically.

Burning Brakes
Seems fair to me but I am bias and have a 2011 C4S

I have the same car, same mileage, manual, same spec except for the PSE sport exhaust. From my ownership experience, here is my $0.02:
PRO:
Ventilated seats: It will make your summer drives while wearing your shorts possible. I think it is a must if you live in hot or muggy parts in the US during summer.
PSE: it's true that you can do the Gundo Hack to get virtually the same sound. But factory PSE is a lot nicely integrated to your car as you have the ability to shut it off. This is the only option that I regret not having.
Leather Rear Console: It make your interior look a lot more upscale together with the other Full Leather bits. This part was a $$$$$ stand alone option. I paid $1,500 for a used one to retrofit to my car along with other extra leather bits to complement my leather interior.
Low Mileage: For that extra $10K - $15K extra over-the-market premium, you are getting a more pristine vehicle that enhances the experience of your ownership. You may recoup some of that premium back upon resale, I presume.
Sport Chrono: Some would disagree, but from my own experience, it is an indispensable option to have, even for manual cars. The chono on the dash is nice, and it sharpens the throttle response. I always drive with it on.
Dynamic Cornering Lights: I love the look and its function. It's true that it will make replacing it with the aftermarket Morimoto lights harder to upgrade, but I think it is fine as is.
CONS:
Price: It's a little tiny bit on the high side, but it has come down a bit from the recent high. Typical dealer pricing. But if it checks all your desired options, then the price should be fair.
Color: It's a rare color, may not float everyone's boat though. Popular colors are boring but are easier to resale later on. If you like the color, then the that should not matter much to you.
If you decide to purchase this car, make sure you check these interior places for water stain: Upper A and C pillar were the alcantara roof meets the leather pillar cover. Lower A pillar where it meets the dash. These are common places for water to leak in and stain the leather.
Good Luck.

That Cream color not as sought after & harder to sell. Price is a bit steep.

FWIW - I paid roughly the same amount a few weeks ago for a very similar spec 2010 C4S, with similar mileage, but with black exterior. My target was about $5k lower than what I paid but since I had been looking for a long time for all my desired options, and it was a reputable dealer, I didn't complain too much.
The price is high, but a .2 C4S with low mileage like that + a bunch of great options doesn't pop up every day.

Amazing car worth every penny. This is a RARE premium car with a premium price.
I used to see cream white carry a premium and I like it. The best thing about this car is it is cream white with black and not cream white with brown. This is a rare combination and should be an easy re sell, but IMO it is dumb to buy with resell in mind. Get what you like color wise. If it makes you happy, go for it.
The seller used to see great cars before I left 2 years ago.
The car has great options and for many these are must have options so it will always have a resell market.
26,000 miles with manual and cream white. The car is totally worth the price. Buy it if you have the budget.

This car will go up in price over the years. May drop here and there, but in the long rum will be higher.

I was expecting to see mid 70's, but the lower miles and rarer color put it close to right. However, I personally wouldn't pay a premium for that color and it may also cost you when you sell. I'd only buy if you love the color
