997.2 iPod y cable for center console
Does anyone have the iPod interface y cable for the center console for sale? Mine was thrown away by accident and I am having trouble locating one. Thank you all!!!

I wish you luck in finding one - I gave up after weeks looking online and calling any shop that claimed to have one in stock. Just forced my decision to get CarPlay loaded.

do you mind if I ask the cost? What did you use? I think you did a DIY, would you recommend it again?

I installed the Rennline ball mount for the phone charger and bought the Spiegel MagSafe Charger. I'll try and post a pic tomorrow if you want.

I used the Firefly for two years and it worked well. Doesn't always connect 100% pf the time; you pull the power plug out to restart. This probably happened 1 out of 15 connections. I replaced the head unit two months ago so I could get Carplay and a rear camera.

I just upgraded my head unit and pulled the iPod. You are welcome to my cable if you haven't already sorted it out. I tried to find the direct message option but no dice so PM me for details.

I bought the car (2010 C4S 1 owner w/ 72K miles and clean documentation) a few months ago and finally validated keeping that 80GB iPod around all these years. It gave me a way to listen to my music until I landed on a proper replacement solution. I have put that iPod back in the closet where it will patiently await its next call.

I've got one somewhere from my old 997.2 Turbo S. I'll look around.

The offer was for the OP so let's give him a week and see if he claims it. If not, happy to send it to you.

Sounds good, let's touch base in a week or so giving OP time..

Looks like you will soon be the proud owner of a 13 year old cable! I can't seem to figure out how to PM so if you want to reach out to me or post your contact info, we can sort out the logistics.
