You're making a smart move my friend. These cars can be daily driven or driven hard and fast, whatever you prefer. The last smaller analog Porsche with hydraulic steering. The nice .2 manuals are getting hard to find but they are out there just stick with the hunt until you find the one you want.

U daily drove it for 16 years and only put 65k miles on it? 4062 miles a year is what i put on mine just driving weekends

Fully agree. I've daily driven three of them now but I'm in Florida. Probably wouldn't attempt it if I was in North Dakota. All three lowered and two of them with GT2 bucket seats no less. No problem.

Going to see a local car today c2s manual under 40k miles. CA car, very clean.

saw this one, its super nice, but i can’t’ get over the *******-like (supple leather) leather option! I didn’t even know it was an option on the 997.2 cars

I’d encourage anyone shopping to go see it, it is nice. Totally sorted.

Seats are easily addressable also. It's not like those crap memory seats are in high demand. Throw a set of sports or adaptives or buckets in there and you're miles ahead.
