Default Carerra Sport wheels on 997.1 Carerra S

Hi guys,

I found a set of Carerra Sport wheels. I have a Carerra S narrow body

The Carerra sport wheel specs are
8.5 x 19 55
11.5 x 19 67

I plan on lowering the car with eibach’s which is about 1” all around.

Can anyone chime in to see if these wheels/eibachs would work?

Inspired by Destro

Thank you

Yes they will fit with no problem. You will most likely want to add spacers in addition.

Thank you for the response

After reading Destro thread it looks like he added +5 front, +10 rear

Does anyone know the OEM tire sizes for the Carerra sport wheels? I know 295 won’t fit in the rear

For those wheels:

235/35/19 - Front
305/30/19 - Rear

If you get the tires mentioned above, I would do 10mm spacers all around so you aren't pushing out the rear wheels too far but juuuuust right IMO.

Check your current setup because there is a chance that you already have spacers.

Are you sure that car is not lowered? That does not look like stock stance. Looks quite nice actually.

You'll want 5-7 mm spacers up front with that width and offset. Rears may be just fine. I would mount them using your stock lug bolts then measure where you want the outer edge to sit and buy that width spacers and appropriate Titanium lug bolts to finish off the new look. Lower the car first if you have plans to do that as the wheels will sit different once the car is lowered.

10mm spacers all around for a flush look on a lowered car with Eibach springs:

OCeric, The Carrera Sports are my favorite stock wheel. I don't currently have them on my car but might in the future. I use 8mm spacers in the front and 10mm in the back. I also have the Eibachs and they were the perfect drop along with a better ride. I like Petza's advice when you do it.. Can you post what your car looks like now?
