Z06 Price Predeiction Clarification...
JohnnyNarcosis....
I just reread my previous post....My guess is that by Fall...a NEW Z06 price negotiation will start at MSRP...I failed to add the word "new" in my previous post....a USED Z06 at that time will retail for $1000's off MSRP depending on the usual issues....mileage, color, locale, condition etc.
Didn't want anyone to misunderstand my prediction...

If I had a player before then, I would move on the car.
BTW...Why can GM engineer Satellite Radio in the Corvette and not Porsche in our coveted 911's??? (plastic body maybe)....

997TT availability....
JohnnyNarcosis:
As per the Porsche AG press release:
"The basic Euro price for the 911 Turbo is 115,000 Euros. In Germany it is available for 133,603 Euros including value added tax and country-specific requirements. In the USA the 911 Turbo is priced at 122,900 Dollars (not including taxes), and will be available as from July 8, 2006."
SO...Every dealer will get at least one within the first six months...the big dealers will get more...My dealer is small, might be later than sooner.

I've owned no less than 10 Vettes......use to buy and "fix up"-still miss my 66' which I redid.....no way I'd give up a 997 for a Z06-Even if it had 1000HP!
GM still hasn't got the message.......HP doesn't equal a great sportscar.
