I have to say though that it is really cool to have the wife at the track not just as a spectator but as a particiapant!
I completely agree. It is nice however to have her watch from the stands and then tell me "You know, you really ought to get a dedicated track car!". Gotta love the woman.

And Vancouver - she is happy driving her econobox, doesn't ask to drive my cars, and thinks its cool when I buy mods (she's excited about helping install the SSK and wants me to buy an exhaust because the stock sound "isn't loud or muscular enough"). I can't think of any downsides.

Oh, and we went to test drive some cars today. When she came back with the dealer in a Cayman, her comment was "Nice car, but I wanted him to drive faster like you do.".

You mean Sarah?

Baby she can drive my car.
Looks like she will be a star.
Veep, veep......veep, veep - yeah!

My wife? Eh. I'd rather teach her how to shift gears on my Mini first. Then maybe see if she can handle the 997.

Our other cars are all auto - but my wife has no probs driving the 997 with manual, nor with the steering wheel on the wrong side (for us). She also rides a motorcycle from time to time; I'm just glad she shares my passions and hobbies - it makes life so much more easy!!

With Sarah - I'm not so certain.........
