For polls I don't think the Rennlist descriminates against visitors.

I'm just curious to see who visits here.

Some of the results are to be expected,--the high number of 997 owners,--because it's the newest 911 offering, and with the 993 owners,--the die-hard "...give me air-cooled or give me death..." (Here's a little tip,--the 993 cars are liquid cooled, as have been every 911 since the 901. Oil is a liquid, and it does a sizeable amount of cooling. Hence the reason for oil coolers, or what we today call "radiators.")

Thanks for voting!

Bah, don't look to compare a water-pumper to one of our air-cooled cars.

I wasn't referring to visitors, I wasn't sure if "users" like myself would be included/eligible for the poll, so I asked.
But, from your response, I just voted. Thanks.

You may have been better off posting a single poll on each foum and tabulating yourself, may be more accurate..high 997 bias on 997 forum would be expected. Hope your numbers work ou t

I voted once for the pre '90, but wanted to vote again as I have two pre '90 cars. I can't seem to be able to.

Msg went out to all the other logical subforums,--true, a little easier for the 997 crowd.

This is all BS.

You have 25 years of 911 production in one catagory and in the early 1990's Porsche's production numbers were down to almost nothing compared to today. There were fewer 964's built in total than 2 years of 993 production. I wouldn't be surprised if there are already more 997's manufactured than 964's in total.

So what is this info telling us?
