Default My brain on wakeboarding

My form was a little off when learning this summer. I had a headache last week. Now I have 2 holes on the left side of my head. No more DEs for a while.

Dr. House would have trouble connecting a potential concussion X months ago (water becomes more dense upon impact at speed - I kitesurf and can confirm..) and an uncommon headache.. Bleed? ...some oma?

Hey, you can type...

Did you self-trepanate?

Wakeboarding Rocks!
I've had a few concussions myself from it....
Hope they can fix you up.

No self trepanation here. Its amazing how little I had in the way of symptoms given the extent of the findings. I'm an MD myself so I went to an Urgent Care where I've worked before had the workup initiated. Any new onset headache in a person without a history of headaches gets a workup, especially with 6 days duration. I was feeling good after I left the urgent care that I thought about not going to the hospital for the MRI. I'm sure glad I went.

I assume it was a SDH, amazing that you did not have more symptoms! Glad you are alright
