Default My Thanksgiving weekend.

Thanksgiving 2007

I had a fantastic few days, which started on Tuesday night after picking my mom up from LAX. Unfortunatly my dad couldn't make it out to LA and is meeting her in Miami in a few days time to stay with their best friends that live there.

Tuesday night - Picked up my mom and had dinner at il Fornio in Bev hills, one of my favorite casual restaurants.

Wednesday - worked until 3PM and then went over to my family's house. After a couple of hours we then went to the LA Autoshow and on to dinner.

Thursday - Thanksgiving at my uncle's place, had a about 16 of us and got very drunk and very full! Late Thurs night - met up with this gal i am dating.

Friday - went out with my mom to 3rd St Promenade for an hour, then went to Westfields Mall in Century City for lunch and then saw American Gangster. Friday night, chilled at the fam's house.

Saturday - Went to Santa Barbara for lunch, then on to Santa Ynez to do some wine tasting with my mom, on route i drove through Solvang just to show my mom and then we went to Sunstone and Kalyra.

The drive was fantastic and we had a great time as it was my moms first time wine tasting in CA. The car was a lot of fun on the drive, much mor refined than when i went in the S2000 last year.

Sat night - on the way back we stopped through SB again where i took my mom out to 'The Wine Cask' restaurant where i had a fantastic meal. I prefer the location of the one in Santa Ynez as it is a much more intimate atmosphere but had a great time and meal.

Sunday, lunch on Sunset Strip, some shopping and then out for dinner and drinks.

Busy few days and a great deal of fun.

Josh.

I was also at the Auto Show on Wednesday, drooling over the new Jag XF.

Hey Josh, where you on Melrose Ave last Tuesday lunchtime? I saw a white S parked there. Thanks for sharing the pics, sounds like a good time.
