Default Brake dust

Anybody recommend a pad that doesn't dust up so quickly? Seems the factory pads are good for 40 miles before the wheels dust up. The car is a daily driver and I'm sure I'm not using 40% of these excellent brakes!

No, it is not. Contact Eric at BumperPlugs.com, he sells it.

I used RejeX for years and it does work well but have found something that works better and lasts longer.

Starbrite Marine Polish with PTFE. You can find this at places like West Marine. Try it on your front bumper too. bugs just fall off with with water from the hose.

I have been useing Starbrite Marine Polish for years on my boats gelcoat and painted surfaces. i tried it on the cars and love it. I use it on the whole car now. It is very slick and provides awesome protection and lasts a long long time.

This is the link for Rejex...

I use Klasse on my wheels and paint - twice a year on the wheels with occasional touch ups as needed.

To actually answer the question you asked !; I use EBC Yellow, front and rear - virtually eliminates the dust problem - works well on the street and on the track (well- the way I drive anyway). Still worth using a protection product on the rims though.

Any squeaking issues with those EBC Yellows?

Thanks for the tip! REjex is OK, but I'm going to try this Starbrite stuff.

You mean like Pagid's can be? No not at all - I have been 100% happy with them on the track and on the street.

Another thing that works well with the stock pads is "Wheelwax" - small round container...easy on/off and repels brake dust and makes cleanup easy.
