Anyone seen new cream white?
I have 997.2 C4S coupe on order in this color and have a few weeks to change my mind on color. BUT I have not actually seen this color in person...only photos from the launch in Spain...compared to a carrerra white swatch. The cream white or creme weiss looks really appealing (to me anyway)....but you never know until you see it. The configurator portrays it as a bit beige but the photos look like rich deep white with no blue.
Sooo; has anyone seen the color? Comments please.
cheers,

points - Your car looks beautiful!
I believe the launch car in all the mags (Excellence, etc.) is Cream White w/Carrera Red leather. I think it's a gorgeous, classic Porsche color. Maybe Cream White w/Cocoa would be a winner....

I wish that red leather they sold today was more like my 62 cab s interior. That leather was not so loud...it had a certain patina that looked better....course maybe it was the aging but I dont think todays color would ever end up like that.

That ivory is stunning. I don't think the cream white is worth the extra $ when for very little more you could have EXACTLY the shade you want (pale primrose anyone?).

I'm in the UK for my job and yesterday I saw a brand new 09 CS in cream white. When I saw the pictures I didn't know what to think but after seeing it in person I have to say it's stunning! It does look very good and classier than carrera white. Don't get me wrong I love carrera white, it does look sporty, very business but cream white looks sporty as well as classy like silver or meteor gray. Very classic. You won't be disappointed.
Would I pay extra for that, I'm not sure...
Oh BTW, no shade of blue or green whatsoever.

I think this might be it,--or it could be the old "linen." I shot this fleeting shot at Zuffenhausen as I was leaving the factory one day. It was loaded up with the matching wheels and with the Terracotta leather. And now here it is, direct from Porsche AG.

White is the New Black
Saw a new series in White at Zuffenhausen back in May and thought it looked great.
Same day saw a white 430 and Gallardo.
In Europe at least it would seem white is the new black.

saw cream white in person last week. Took car in for service and local dealer just got their launch cars.
the first picture from Dan's post is an exact representation, while the other four had some pink hue in them. The name "cream white" is right on, it really looks like the cream for your coffee....
