Awesome! There are a couple of times he seems to intentionally fish tail the back of the car. Wouldn't it be faster to avoid breaking traction?

Wow. I've been doing it wrong, it would appear??

Maybe less dramatic? While down shifting into a corner and H&T'ing my left foot is doing the clutch acion, Right foot braking; but also 'rolling' the right side of my right foot w/ heel and blipping throttle for smooth downshifts.

Cool track, it looks like fun. I don't really think he was going for a fast lap though, or at least I hope not. Oh, and Hi from a newbie...

wow, foot ballet..... Very nice.....something to aspire to.
Though with my long legs I have to roll my foot instead of an actual heel toe action...

I did the PDE in Birmingham and they showed us heal and toe, but this video does a better job showing how to do it correctly. It takes some practice, I am still not too good at it.

Yep, get an automatic and do away with this silly antiquated method of shifting gears.

Now that is a very nice video. It's exciting but still shows a lot of technical detail for people who are into that. Very few videos illustrate the subtleties that go into a good on-track performance.
