Sadly, there aren't offset and width markings on the second gen. 997 wheels. I would imagine that they have not changed from the first gen. wheels.

Three Wheelin'
My Dealer took a couple of 09s to a track event it sponsored this summer fitted with the Porsche 5mm spacers. Looked good. The only pic I have of it does not show the rears unfortunately. The spacers did fill out the 4's wheel wells tho (compared side to side).

Sorry Gregg T, no pics or useful offset info here...except that without a doubt the 4/4S models look better with spacers.
I saw several '09 C4 and C4S recently; although 5mm is only a fraction of an inch, the absence of spacers make the rear wheels look noticeably inset into the C4 body's huge rear fenders, at least to my perception. (difference in perception with/ without spacers may not be obvious in photos either).

Here we go.
The 19 X 8s are ET 57 (w/235/35s)
The 19 X 11s are ET 51 (w305/30s)
I took pics at dealer .... rears definately need significant offset reduction ..... fronts some.
And boy ..... it's had to believe how high the 10 mm PASM suspension is .... looks like it could come down at least 20-25 mm.

This is the new Carrera S II wheel on a C4S ..... OE no spacer.
As I recall .... the 997.1 Carrera Sport rear wheels got 17mm spacers from the factory 'to work' on C4s and Targas (i.e. a narrow-body wheel, made to fit widebodies & save AG coin)
Someone correct me if I am wrong on this.
