Cross-Post - Body Shop in Valley or West LA/BH Needed
Hi Guys. Long time lurker. My 40th Anniv. was rear-ended last night. I'm looking for a high end body shop. BH Porsche recommends Eli's Auto. Auto Gallery in Woody Hills recommends Precision Auto. Anyone have any experience with either of these shops? Any and all recommendations are much appreciated.
Thanks in advance and Happy New Year.

I had a bad experience with Golden Hammer many years ago, but Avio has a good reputation and I've considered using them.
I just had my Mercedes repaired by Ultimate Coachworks in Culver City; those in the Ferrari community will know it as the old location of Premier Motorsport on Washington Blvd. Premier moved to a larger space, and Ultimate was recently created to provide a quality body shop for their customers' 'other' cars.

Avio did my previous 996 after a valet incident - perfect color match and good workmanship - looked good as new. Would highly recommend them. I'd suggest getting some estimates from a few shops and then picking the one you feel most comfortable with or which is most conveniently located. As frustrating as it is to have your car damaged through no fault of your own, unless you have major structural damage, it will be repaired as good as new by a decently experienced shop.
