Stoppie, what changes does this software do for PDK? My dealer still knows nothing about this. My car was built late August-early September. I took delivery the day it got in on Spet 27 2008.

In their defense they WONT know about it. It's not a P-Tech. Infact, the Tech won't see the update. Their system is automatically updated as soon as they logon and hook up your car. If your car takes it, and it will; then there it is.

Someone from Germany told our Tech about it when we did the PDK replacement, back about 1 week ago.

Congrats on your new car! Post pics!
The SMG is acutally the newest and last version, SMGIII. I will drive it one last time this weekend since my car will be here Monday or Tuesday....

OK I will get back with my dealer again. Do you know what this update actually does for PDK? What does it change?

Thanks, I am. And it's nice to see more than 9.5 mpg.
It's hard to keep it under 4200 rpm for the break in, tomorrow another wash and a coat of wax over the AIO and I can go for a long drive.
