Default Parking brake adjustment

Anyone know how to adjust the parking brake?

Don't tell me it adjusts automatically.. cause it didn't...

Any idea if this is in the DIY section?

It's really no different than any other car. Hope this helps. Check this out from the factory workshop manual:

I had an issue with my car. apparent right from when it was new, in that the parking brake wasn't holding the car very well on even relatively minor inclines which made hill starts etc a little tricky. Took it to the dealer, who said they tested it and it was fine so no adjustment was made. Ever since the drive home from the dealer, however, it has been absolutely fine and never been a problem since... My suspicion is, and will always be, that it was fixed but not reported as such as my car was then less than 90 days old and it would have perhaps counted as a "fault" and maybe impacted their new car satisfaction scores. Either way, it's now working fine, and before that trip to the dealer it wasn't!

You don't even need to remove the wheels for this adjustment. You only need to remove one lug nut and then turn the wheel until you see the teeth of the adjuster through the hole.
