So?...whats the consensus...having the option of a 997.1 & 997.2...is there enough concern to stick with the .1 & non DFI, or can we count on Porsche remediating things. I can't figure how more soot and increased oil consumption is considered an improvement over the non DFI engines, unless there's an easy fix/adjustment. My mind goes to those ads for Gumout showing the filthy internal engine parts...
