First Post, First Porsche! -delivery video
I got my 2009 997.2 C2S on monday 11/16. 
I am so excited!! I've been wanting a Porsche for years all the while debating multiple models, new vs used. I had the dealer swap the classic wheels for Carerra S II wheels w/ colored crests. I wouldnt have ordered XM radio, 6disc changer or seat ventilation but otherwise its my dream build.

Here's a video of it getting delivered. That night it snowed.
so it was few days before I drove it.
Here's my option list
541 - Seat Ventilation
405 - 19" Carrera Classic Wheel

P17 - PASM Sports Suspension Package

Sometime tomorrow I'll post some pics & driving impressions. I finally took it out today. What a blast. This 2000 mile break in period is going to kill me.

DAMN Dude!! what a way to make a splash!!. I had to squeak up the ladder.
1st bought a Porsche toy tractor.
Then a toy 356
Then a REAL 914.
then a REAL 993 and so on.
Congrats Cant wait for pics!!!!! Did you drive a PDK? I would be interested in your
6 speed vs PDK impressions.

What a dream Get the new 911 delivered and a snow storm!!!
You will love the ventilated seats. In the summer its great not to get out with a WetBack, and I AM hispanic!!! The XM is great for driving in non radio areas. 6 speed CD? good on resale so you didnt lose out with any of your optional optional items. HOWEVER great color choice!!!! Congrats again!

Car looks simply awesome in black with black interior.
Thanks for sharing that family moment with your daughter. You can tell she just loves it, except for the cold seats.

That clinches it: my next p-car (as well as my next girlfriend) will be black inside and out.
Congratulations dude! Beautiful car.
I held my breath when the dirver opened the door to get in and then again when he drove it down the ramp. Do you think they could make those ramps a teeny bit wider?

Great colors and option list. Must have been a great moment for you!
I waited a long time to get my first 911 ( 82 SC ), and even though it was an old- timer, picking it up and driving it home was a thrill I won't forget. Kept going into the garage for days and pinching myself too. Enjoy it when the weather decides to cooperate!
