i just found out about this, live right here and never knew... figured someone else might care to know as well.. im not affiliated with suncoast or the event at all, but think it sounds like great fun and surely going.. and figured to spread the word for others as well.

I just moved to Sanibel for the winter from Santa Fe with my 997S and would enjoy meeting up with other enthusiasts.

Also on December 12-13 Porsche Suncoast Club will be holding a 2 day DE at Sebring. Come over and do a DE too!

I might be down for this....never been to Porsche DE either so may have to stay for that too.

Both events are great! We take the senic drive from Tampa via the Skyway. You also get to take a parade lap around the edge of the Polo field @ halftime.

My car will never forgive me for bringing it from the mountain roads of Northern
New Mexico to Flatistan Island with a 35mph speed limit, but a DE event might help.

Yep Florida road are horrible...no fun for sure...but 90 miles from Tampa is the world famous 12hrs of Sebring track! Now that is fun!

I live in boston, and have a place in Naples am coming down for a quick vacation Dec 3-14th
i knew about the suncoast outing but didnt know about the DE, now i'm thinking i just may drive down with the P car instead of flying......

ill be there!, should be fun.. ima talk to some suncoast service people hopefully too to start bringing my car there, i have a list of a bunch of little stuff that bothers me everyday i would like to have fixed but i really do not care for the attitude of bert smith, and havent really dealt with reeves but suncoast seems like they go over and beyond to treat people right and thats something i appreciate even if they are an hour away.

Bought our Cab from Suncoast. Our salesman, Carlos, was very nice to deal with, courteous and helpful all the way. Recommend them.

I'll be there with my new to me 997S. Been to the St. Armands event as well...but nothing beats a day at Sebring!
