I'll be there probably next month or so. I want to have the oil changed at 7500 miles and I am at 6800 miles right now. I also have a TSB awaiting me for the instrument cluster rattle. Enjoy your new 997 in good health!!!

Very good, and thanks! Just shoot me a PM when you know you're coming up. I take it instrument cluster rattle is somewhat common?

Awesome - congrats. I really like the SY with the Aerokit. I'd echo the others and suggest the black belts or yellow.

Boy, do I ever understand what you mean here. I need like a twenty car garage.

I'm not a big fan of yellow. Then I saw your car-very nice mate! The tail and black wheels make the whole package. Congrats!

Great looking car. Love the "Carrera S" logo, definitely stands out. Congratulations and enjoy.

Thanks again!

tpenta: Yes, I sold my Speedster back in 2003 and probably did better on the car then than I could now. That car is among my top 3 of favorite cars, but it also has to be in the top 3 for not being practical. Again, I love them all, but most of us (especially me) have to purge to make room for new toys.

Sweet Speed Yellow. I love yellow 911s. I came from two 993s and the 997 is a superb upgrade. The S is a fast 911 that makes all the right noises, feels right, and handles fantastic.

Enjoy!
